By integrating the element, acoustic intelligibility during conversations and presentations is optimized, contributing to a more pleasant and clearer sound environment.

High-Quality Materials and Sustainable Production

The SILENTIUM acoustic element is made from PET plastic, with approximately 80% of the material consisting of recycled PET. This makes the product not only environmentally friendly but also robust and durable. The textured surface additionally ensures effective sound absorption, while the colorfastness test according to ISO 105 B02 guarantees a high color value of 6-7. Thus, the acoustic element remains visually appealing even after prolonged use.

Technical Performance Features Simply Explained

With a sound insulation value (aw) of 0.70 and an NRC value of 0.85, the SILENTIUM element demonstrates excellent sound absorption capabilities. These values mean that it significantly reduces sound within the room and shortens reverberation time. The fire protection class B - s1, d0 according to BS EN 13501.1 also confirms that the element meets high safety standards and produces only low smoke development in the event of a fire.

The round acoustic element has a diameter of 111.8 cm and a height of 2.4 cm, making it a perfect fit for the BIRO40 pendant light with a diameter of 120 cm and height of 3.5 cm. The product weighs 2.57 kg and is available in various colors, allowing flexible adaptation to different interior styles. Additional acoustic elements from Brumberg complement the range and offer more options for individual room design.
