Technical Details and Protection Class

The spotlight is designed for replaceable GU10 reflector lamps with a maximum of 50 watts and operates at a supply voltage of 220-240 volts with a frequency of 50-60 Hz. Thanks to the IP65 protection rating, the housing is dust-tight and protected against water jets from all directions, which significantly increases the product’s durability. Weighing only 0.386 kg and with a compact size of 6.3 cm diameter and 10.8 cm height, the spotlight can be mounted flexibly.

Individual Light Design

The choice of the appropriate light bulb offers numerous possibilities to customize the lighting individually. You can adjust the color temperature, brightness, and beam angle according to your needs. Especially dimmable GU10 bulbs allow flexible light control, which can also be compatible with smart home systems. For insect-friendly lighting, bulbs with a low blue light component are suitable, such as ultra warm white gold light, which has a particularly gentle effect.

Easy Installation and Accessories

The ACHERNAR DOWN facade spotlight is delivered including socket and glass, ensuring quick and uncomplicated installation. The power connection is made via a practical terminal block, which allows direct connection to the 230V AC mains voltage. This means no additional transformer is required, simplifying installation and saving costs. Protection class 1 provides additional safety during use.
