The facade spotlight ACHERNAR UP & DOWN from Deko-Light impresses with its robust and compact design made of die-cast aluminum. With its dark gray color, the luminaire blends harmoniously into various environments. The design allows for bi-directional light emission upwards and downwards, creating an attractive accent lighting effect. The luminaire is ideal for effectively highlighting facades, walls, or entrance areas.

Reliable Protection and Easy Installation

The IP65 protection rating guarantees that the spotlight is both dust-tight and protected against water jets from all directions. This makes it particularly durable and low-maintenance. Connection is made directly to a mains voltage of 220-240V via a terminal, which makes installation straightforward. With a weight of only 0.489 kg, the luminaire is also easy to handle and mount.

Flexible Lighting Design Thanks to GU10 Bulbs

The ACHERNAR UP & DOWN features two sockets for GU10 reflector lamps with a maximum of 35 watts. These lamps are replaceable and offer numerous design possibilities. You can individually adjust brightness, color temperature, color rendering, and beam angle. Dimmers and SmartHome-compatible bulbs can also be easily used to optimally tailor the light to your needs.

High-Quality Materials and Thoughtful Technology

The die-cast aluminum housing ensures stability and durability, while the glass covers provide clear and even light distribution. The luminaire is designed for ambient temperatures from -20 to +50 degrees Celsius and operates at a mains frequency of 50-60 Hz. Thanks to protection class 1, safety during use is guaranteed. The size of the luminaire is compact and fits many installation locations with a diameter of 6.3 cm and a height of 15.8 cm.

Individual Light Accents and Insect-Friendliness

By choosing the appropriate bulbs, you can create symmetrical or asymmetrical light patterns. Especially insect-friendly are lamps with a low blue light component, such as ultra warm white golden light. This not only creates a pleasant atmosphere but also protects the environment. Additionally, the spotlight is available in other housing colors, and there is a version with one-sided downward light emission to offer further design options.
