The ACHERNAR UP & DOWN facade spotlight from Deko-Light is a high-quality spotlight that impresses with its robust construction and elegant anthracite-colored appearance. Made from die-cast aluminum with protective glass covers, it offers a durable and resilient solution for illuminating walls and facades. With a compact design, the luminaire body measures 6.3 cm in diameter and 15.8 cm in height, allowing it to blend harmoniously into any environment.

Technical Details and Protection Class

The ACHERNAR spotlight is equipped with two GU10 sockets and can accommodate bulbs with a maximum power of 35 watts. It operates at a voltage of 220-240 volts and a mains frequency of 50-60 Hz. Protection class 1 ensures safe operation, while the IP65 rating reliably protects the spotlight against dust and water jets from all directions. This makes the spotlight especially resistant to environmental influences and long-lasting.

Flexible Light Distribution and Individual Design

The luminaire features a fixed design with light emission upwards and downwards on both sides, providing even and direct light distribution. Depending on the choice of GU10 bulbs, you can individually determine consumption, light character, color temperature, and color rendering. Additionally, dimming is possible if dimmable bulbs and the corresponding accessories are used. This allows the lighting to be optimally adapted to the desired atmosphere.

Easy Installation and Versatile Use

The facade spotlight is prepared for direct connection to the 230V AC power grid and is connected via a terminal, making installation straightforward. Weighing only 0.489 kg, the luminaire is easy to handle. Thanks to its design, the ACHERNAR is perfect for accent lighting of facades, walls, entrance areas, and other surfaces. For a symmetrical light effect, identical lamps from the same manufacturer should be used.

Sustainability and Insect-Friendliness

The ACHERNAR spotlight can be fitted with various bulbs, including those with a low blue light component, such as ultra warm white gold light or amber light. These are particularly insect-friendly and reduce disturbance to insects in the surrounding area. Furthermore, the spotlight is available in different housing colors and also as a version with one-sided downward light emission (DOWN) to meet different lighting needs.
