The 3-phase surface-mounted busbar CLASSIC from ISOLED impresses with its high-quality aluminum housing and a length of 200 cm. This product is specifically designed for operation with a mains voltage of 220-240V AC and supports a maximum current load of 16A. The busbar is painted black and offers protection class 1, ensuring safe use in various environments. With a compact size of 200 x 3.6 x 3.3 cm, it adapts flexibly to different installation requirements.

Technical Specifications and Performance

The busbar is suitable for high-voltage lighting systems and operates at a mains frequency of 50/60 Hz. It supports consumers with a total power of up to 3600 watts and is compatible with switchable as well as analog dimmable components, including phase-cut, leading-edge, and TRIAC dimmers. The load capacity of the busbar is 2 kg per 20 cm with a maximum distance of 80 cm between the mounting points. For a higher load capacity of 5 kg per 20 cm, the distance must be reduced to a maximum of 40 cm.

Flexibility and Compatibility

A major advantage of the CLASSIC busbar is the possibility of individually positioning the lights and components within the busbar. For lights with a 3-phase adapter, direct use is possible, including support for the DALI signal bus system. For lights without a 3-phase adapter, various adapters are available, such as adapters for open cables, socket adapters, or mechanical insulated adapters for secure mounting. This allows the busbar to be versatilely adapted to different lighting concepts.

Installation and Adjustment Options

The installation of the busbar is done as a surface-mounted version and is designed for dry indoor areas. The busbar can be easily shortened to the desired length using a metal hacksaw, providing high flexibility during installation. Mounting accessories as well as an optionally available pendant set complete the offering and enable individual design possibilities for the lighting solution. The low weight of only 1.788 kg additionally facilitates handling.
