Robust 3-Phase Surface-Mounted Busbar CLASSIC

The 3-phase surface-mounted busbar CLASSIC from ISOLED impresses with its high-quality aluminum construction and a length of 200 cm. With its white color and compact dimensions of 200 x 3.6 x 3.3 cm, it blends discreetly into any environment. The material ensures durability and stability, while the light weight of 1.788 kg allows for easy installation. The busbar is specially designed for surface mounting and offers protection class 1 as well as an operating voltage of 220-240V AC.

Powerful and Versatile

The busbar is designed for a maximum current load of 16 amperes and supports devices with up to 3600 watts of power. It is compatible with 50/60 Hz mains frequency and is ideal for high-voltage lighting systems. Thanks to the possibility of connecting luminaires with 3-phase adapters and DALI signal bus, a wide variety of lighting concepts can be realized. Additionally, the busbar is suitable for switchable and analog dimmable components such as phase-cut, leading-edge, and TRIAC dimming.

Flexible Installation and Adjustment

Installation is carried out as surface mounting, with the busbar able to be cut to the desired length using a standard metal hand hacksaw. The maximum load capacity is 2 kg per 20 cm with a distance of up to 80 cm between mounting points. If the distance between points is reduced to 40 cm, the load capacity increases to up to 5 kg per 20 cm. This allows various luminaires to be positioned securely and flexibly.

Wide Range of Accessories for Individual Solutions

The 3-phase surface-mounted busbar CLASSIC offers extensive accessories, which are available separately. These include various adapters for open cables, sockets, and mechanically insulated mountings in the busbar. A practical pendant set can also be added to optimally align the lighting. The accessories enable individual design of the lighting system and facilitate the connection of luminaires without 3-phase adapters.

Optimal Operating Conditions and Safety

The busbar is designed for ambient temperatures from -20 to +40 °C and meets high safety standards. The mains connection is made via a feeder or system plug, which is not included in the delivery. Protection class 1 ensures safe operation. The product is ideal for use with compatible high-voltage luminaires and can be easily integrated into existing systems thanks to well-thought-out technology.
