The inline transformer from ISOLED is specially designed for the NV rail system TRACK48 FLAT and provides a reliable power supply with 230V AC input voltage and 48V DC output at a power of 100 watts. Thanks to its compact design with dimensions of 29.7 x 1.6 x 2 cm, the transformer can be discreetly integrated directly into the rail. Installation is magnetic with a locking screw, which ensures secure fastening and prevents it from falling. This well-thought-out design guarantees an aesthetically pleasing installation without disruptive additional parts.

Simple Technical Features and Connection Options

The transformer features a 25 cm long connection cable with an open cable end and a secondary plug-in connection, making the connection to the power supply particularly easy. The maximum current load is 0.6 amperes, while the power factor operates very efficiently at over 0.95. For the operation of DALI-enabled luminaires, the DALI control signal can be passed through, allowing control via dimmer or controller. The routing of the connection cable is conveniently done through a rear opening in the power rail, further simplifying installation.

Optimal Safety and Protection

The inline transformer meets protection class 2 and is equipped with an IP20 protection rating, which protects it against the ingress of solid foreign objects. The maximum ambient temperature is 40°C, while the transformer can withstand up to 90°C at the Tc point. The housing is made of durable plastic and metal, ensuring long-lasting and safe use. The energy efficiency class of the ballast is A1 BAT, indicating low energy consumption and thus economical operation.

Compatibility and Accessories

The transformer is designed to supply 48V DC luminaires in the TRACK48 NV rail system, requiring suitable constant voltage drivers. It is compatible with other TRACK48 power rails, not just the FLAT system. The scope of delivery includes the connection cable and a driver, while luminaires, power rails, and other accessories are available separately. Alternatively, operation can also be done with external 48V DC drivers, for which suitable power supplies with different cable lengths and DALI control are available.

With a power of 100 watts and a stable operating voltage from 220 to 240 volts, the inline transformer is ideal for custom outfitting of low-voltage rails with luminaires and other elements.
